Lessons from The Office: Beach Games

What an episode!

One of my favorites of the season.

Memorable Moments:
1. Even on the "way out" Michael still hates Toby (and won't even attempt to fake it)
2. Great bus singing :)
3. Stanley was hilarious trying to "fake" that he actually thought Michael was a good leader. "That's it, I can't do it anymore. I'll be in the bus"
4. Michael would be a great survivor host
5. The "new" Pam is awesome.
6. Oscar ready to move away and break up with Gil (where did that come from?...)


Lessons:
1. You might not be as good at your job as you think.
2. There are other people who are just as good at your job.
3. There are some people we don't let "step up" who are very qualified.
4. You don't have to walk on burning coals to get a raise.
5. Never try to drop something in the water while wearing a sumo suit.
