Yes, that is correct. I just came across this article from the AP. Due to a few people who thought it would be fun to set the toilet paper on fire, the city is taking all paper products out of the restrooms.

Wow, now when you go to the park you have to add TP to the list, alongside sunscreen.

Hope churches don't catch on to this idea. (even if it would save a buck or two)
